Need to design at least 2 technical/educational workshops to go alongside the hackathon.

Also need to lock down a schedule for daily activities.

To start asking companies for resources and sponsorship, we need to organize a template and sponsorship guide level. This should be preferably a letter to send out as well as a pdf explaining support needs.
