Privacy options for "members only" and "membership-level only" as persistent default options to allow for private networks setup.

Simplify and streamline profile photo upload experience.

In the "post to timeline" block when I click VIDEO, for example, I can only select files to upload. I cannot embed - which is what 99.9% of members want to do. Same for images and sounds. Should open the Dolphin uploader/record/embed box right underneath making it fast, seamless and easy to post.

Also, when uploading any media, every upload should have a Caption field for users to make a text message with every share.

1 - Under modules > timeline > settings, please add these admin options:

It gives admin the option of which posts to display by default in each area.
A couple of my websites have small membership bases - like many Dolphin sites. When members login, they are taken to the account.php page where they currently view posts from ALL members. With smaller sites, not all members are friends with each other, so displaying ALL member activity is highly beneficial, encourages participation and making friends. Yes, the account page timeline settings would be a dupe of the home page timeline (view all posts).

As opposed to the default 'friends timeline' on the account page – which, for smaller sites, generally displays a completely empty box or very few stale posts for each member. Very discouraging for members and an immediate turn off.

As a site grows, admin can then change "display posts of" settings if account.php timeline becomes too much to read, or if members just want to read friends posts only. Right now, they want to view & comment on posts from ALL members as default.

Option to filter Timeline content by content-types (module) / posters (all/membership/friends/me/person) and Admin controls to set defaults and permission to access filters.

New install on a GoDaddy shared hosting acct. I know not the best way to go.

I did a clean install of 7.2 mainly for the updated FFMPEG.EXE. So I did a test video upload to 2 different albums, 2 different videos (2 different codec types (wmv, mp4)), and both are stuck in pending. I tried forcing Cron.php, and no go.. Not even an email from the cron system. with 7.1.6, I got an email, and it did process the videos. Albeit, not entirely all videos, thus the reason for going to 7.2. Now it wont process any.

Allow admin to choose which notifications are sent to users and duplicated to emails. Also make this settings group accessible to users, overriding admin choices.

Admin or user option for most recent timeline comments to be moved up to the top.

Example: I post a video on "How To Get Money Out Of Politics." It gets a lot of daily comments, but it continues to move down the page. After a week or so, members have to scroll down thru a week's worth of timeline posts just to see the latest comments for that particular video. Some members get annoyed or lost finding it the further down it falls in the timeline. It's a popular video/conversation that should appear at the top of the timeline until the conversation itself runs dry.

There has to be a way for timeline content to remain at the top as long as it stays popular. Maybe add an option to order timeline based on date/time of last comment added.

Allow admin to select supported media types uploads and file size limits vie unified interface.

Non-flash Private Messenger instead of current Simple Messenger and Mailbox. Video chat as an option. Group conversations.

Two main interfaces:

• Full-page Mailbox-like interface with list of conversations, contacts, posts, folders.
• Tabs and on-page popups with active conversations.

Tool for creating a full-site backup. No only data, but DB structure, files, media, etc. Tool for restoring from backup.

I tested, and is working fine using my Android device.

Further testing reveals certain devices same jpg's under different names, mainly "jpeg" with the "e" added.
Adding the "jpeg" in the photos module settings extensions area has no effect, still the same error.

Adapt and test Dolphin to work with site-wide SSL enabled.

Improve Polls, allow including polls into Forums, Blogs, etc. as embed code.

Add a "post to timeline" block in page builder for the account.php page. When members login, that's the first page they are taken to. They view all the latest member posts, and post right from this page. Account.php is the most active/popular page on all my sites.

Outline (tiles) should be a "view type" of Timeline. Admin sets default view for Timeline on any page, thus specifying Outline-like view if needed. All Timeline updates to be structured as "cards" with both compact and full-width view.

Option to allow all or specific modules to update automatically.

1. when forum pages are opened via AJAX embedly links aren't processed
2. when link is already wrapped with A tag - embedly displays two embeds

Admin option to turn off RSS feeds and their links in different blocks.

The word "undifined" shows up on the Photo home page, top right when first navigating to the page in Chrome browser.
This only happens on a new load, a refresh of the page does not show the error.

Groups and Events should have a Calendar to add hourly, daily or Weekly events.

When I create a membership level, set a price, and activate it, I see this:

When I add a second price to the same level (e.g., 30 days and 60 days), I see this:

When I add another membership level (both levels with only one price), I also see this:

So it seems the membership levels currently only work with one paid level and price.

Steps to reproduce:

Checking this option under Advanced Settings causes the Join/Login popup to only show the login form (with no padding). There's no visible links to join the site (besides via Facebook), but accessing /join.php directly works.

If you choose to enable only the "Embed" uploader for the default module Boonex Videos, and you try to embed a youtube video from the timeline (i.e. in the homepage), you get the video informations and the thumbnail but...the button "Submit" has no effect. The video is not embedded/uploaded.

Browsing the folder "flash/modules/videos/files"

you can see here 3 files:

The upload/embedding fails but these (temp) files are still here (folder "flash/modules/videos/files") .

There is another issue related to this problem.

Later, all the youtube uploads displays always a wrong thumb (due to the presence of the temporary files created by the failed upload)

Allow content to be reposted to user's Timeline by "Repost" link. Repost becomes an individual content item that can be commented on. Repost references original content "in a box" with links to original reactions". Repost of repost should work as a repost of the original.

Video length is displayed in Outline, but not in Timeline. This issue need to be resolved before 7.2.1

Comments made on timeline for content need to also appear as comments on that content's static page (url).

This is not currently so. I've had members frustratingly inquire as to why this is.
Members want their comments seen, saved and responded too, no matter where they do it.
Timeline is the focal point of what members use to post & comment. Not saving those comments to the static content page creates disjointed conversations and also reduces conversations, since one doesn't see the other.

Example: I post a video on "How To Get Money Out Of Politics." On the static content page for that video, one group of members are posting their comments. On the timeline, another group of members are posting their comments to the video. One doesn't see the other comments conversation. There are two, separate, disjointed conversations on the same subject. Illogical. Comments need to be merged.

Option to import contacts as invitees. Contacts from top email/adress-book/social-graph providers or CSV file.

Invite friends by email, manually and from imported contacts. Admin setting for maximum number of invites per member and "allow custom invitation message" option.

There is a button aliment and spacing issue with dolphin 7.2.0 when multiple authentication methods are in use.

Similar to the old 6.1 => 7.0 migration module, it would be a nice feature to be able to import data between versions. For example, if the current site is too modified or trashed to upgrade, or is too outdated. This could also be used as a base to import from other scripts.
