Include development version of appsettings.json file

Include appsettings.development.json and set all values locally

Upgrade nuget libraries and ensure the licence key for syncfusion is also updated

Allow for game removal

Complete CRUD functionality

At the moment we have no way of removing a game from the listings.

We need to include this so if a game is added either in error or its removed from a collection we can handle accordingly.

Allow selection of consoles not in use

We have a "My Consoles" screen.

The listing of games we can select need to have a console which comes from this screen.

We don't currently have a way other than going into the database to make a console marked as "in use"

This enhancement needs to allow us to select non-in-use consoles so we can mark as "in use".

As part of this enhancement we should also disable the "in use" toggle switch if games are associated to this console.

Add Unit Tests

None of the projects here include unit tests.
I don't know how to write unit tests so I'm using a github copilot trial to begin doing this.

Display CeX data collection information within the app

Within the main screen tiles we need to begin displaying our last communication with the CeX service.
