Ensuring dependencies are installed on Heroku using requirements.txt

The 'requirements.txt' file in our codebase ensures that relevant dependencies are installed on Heroku. Please be sure to run 'pip freeze > requirements.txt' while in your virtual environment (don't freeze all of your dependencies- just the ones relevant to the project) when you install something so Heroku will install it too.
