Currently, seems random. Probably should go in descending order of ballot (Gov, Lt. Gov, etc)

It's really large at desktop size, and folks know where Boston is. (If there are any district maps that are just Boston, it might look weird in those as well).

Add a "Loading election results..." message or animated gif to cover any delays in loading the data onto the page.

make DetailedResults hold state, and adopt uni-directional data flow.

Need an index page and it needs a way for producers to curate which races appear.

Not vital, but would be nice and IMDBish.

Conversely, on a town page, result headers should be links to the detailed results for that office.
