Hard coded path and local ip address

Hello,
When I was trying to compile and run your project, I found that some of the environment params were hard coded, '/Users/wangzl/Work' in log.xml and "192.168.199.150:9092" in condig.toml for example.
All of these make it impossible for me to run this project.
