There is no notification upon submission of invalid credentials

Things needed...

• Download as CSV or JSON
• Sort by Student name, grade, etc
• Show all tests

Adding tests via a tar file is absolutely broken and needs to be fixed asap

For whatever reason sometimes when you login, it will require a second redirection.

Idk why it isnt there, seems like the perfect place for it

When you create an assignment with no files provided, the project is given one blank file with no name. Any attempt to delete the file results in a 404 error, as the file does not have a name...

Longer file names cause problems with the UI on submit

Also add a late assignment option

This destroys everything: for(long long i=1; i <= 100; i--) cout << (char)7;
You can also run system commands...

Error produced in log when logging in.. Not known to end user..

Error [ERR_HTTP_HEADERS_SENT]: Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client

Website hangs when uploading a tar file with tests. Cannot upload tgz files either.

Uploading tar files leaves a mess in the uploads and cache folder.. Also.. Not thread safe
