I'm not able to test on Windows at the moment, but I did update webpack and the webpack-dev-server to their latest versions today. Try updating, then do npm install and see if that makes any difference.

I was trying to convert the YARSK to an isomorphic app and I was also facing the same issue. I am using an iMac with OSX version: 10.11.5
Package versions:
- npm version: 3.10.3
- node version: 6.3.0
- react version: 15.2.1
How can I resolve this issue?
