Segmentation Fault with npm start about yarsk

Just did this on a new machine and did not see any errors or segfaults. What version of npm are you using?

Having the same problem - upgraded to node v4.0.0 and npm v 2.14.3 and suddenly a code base (pretty normal express app) is segfaulting on npm start.

Starts ok with "node ./bin/www", but doesn't actually serve anything (browser spins and it seems the routing fails). Segfault repeatable with "nodemon ./bin/www"

tested by creating a new express app - same behaviour ("nodemon ./bin/www" segfaults, "node ./bin/www" just spins without actually serving anything)

Planning on nuking the site from orbit - uninstall everything and reinstall from scratch, then create new express project and see if it works.
update: reinstalling node and npm completely got rid of the segfault, but express app still spins sigh
update: after going through each module and disabling, it turned out to be multer that was having a problem.
conclusion: uninstall everything, delete any global node_module folders, then reinstall (I took the opportunity of using n to manage that) and the segfault goes away.
