Have some kind of schedule for Nov 16-17

• We have rooms until 5pm, must clear out before then on Sunday since someone else needs the classroom. We might consider ending slightly earlier on Sunday since the next day is normal work-week.
• We could have tutorial that are more beginner-friendly that goes side-by-side one of the earlier hacks.

A room that can hold up to 20 ppl.

Default projects should be something that has clear-defined steps (e.g., new chapter of an open-source textbook, new feature for a package/tool)

Draft email and send to head of division

• Check with Rocky/Andrew that the projector and PC will not be locked on weekends, and if they are, can we have the password.
