Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I don’t currently have a way to test on iOS 15, do you have a Mac that you can look at the developer console and maybe send a screenshot of that? (how to debug on iPhone)
The way that you describe it makes it seem like an iOS issue though.

So i did get onto the Console, I was playing around to see what i could find. No known errors yet, however there are some new changes to Safari this coming iOS 15 Update in Experimental Features wise on the iOS & iPadOS.
