I added the custom control to view from classic editor . But the customizations are not appearing.

Filter does not work on the entity where the solution is used

I cannot apply the optionset to more than 3 columns

Is there a way to change the property of dataset to accommodate more columns... right now it allows only 3

When embedding the grid in a tab on a form, the options to add/edit/delete records disappear

The standard grid shows all of the subgrid menu options while the Colorful Option Set does not. You also cannot switch back to the standard grid without refreshing and reloading the form.

Changed default behavioral of dashboard

Added this to a dashboard view. It just showing a static view with out any default behavior's like edit, assign, show all record. view option are gone

Grid Column Without Text

If I have a field that has an optionset just to select a color for the record, can i have that field be on the grid with no text? For example the optionset text is Red and it has a HEX color of red. If it is on the grid, there is no need to have the text "Red" and the background color be red. All I would want to see is a column that shows the color selected for each record without any text.

Column Filter Issue

I installed the managed version for this plugin on my Dynamics 365 instance. I applied the custom control to my view for my Priority option set field. Once I did this the ability to filter columns in my system view was removed. This is needed in order to filter by various items in this system view for my end users that I support. Is there any way to add filtering back to the columns and keep this custom control?

Icons in Web Resouces

Please consider the option to use SVGs saved as web resources for images. They are well understood and work great. You can click on the url link and see the image. All custom entity images for unified interface client are already stored as web resources. XRM toolbox already supports upload/download and viewing of SVG images stored as web resources too. And they are easy to deal with when using solutions. Having to create and maintain yet another copy of SVG images as environment vars is just a total PITA to maintain. 😀

Sub Grid view not showing properly after apply PCF controller

We have added this PCF controller on Sub grid, after apply PCF controller the view of sub grid is disturbed.

Extra space is added from both side.

ColorfulOptionSetGrid is not shown in a grid displayed dashboard.

I have applied the configuration for a specific grid. I was able to see the rendering of the control when i was displaying it from the sitemap.

When i added the same grid to a dashboard, the control did not shown.

Show the colors for attributes of type multi-optionsets

The Control is not made available

I have installed the ColorfulOptionsetGridSol_managed.zip solution on my DEV org (online).
Everything went ok but the control is not in the available ones for an option set field.
I get only only 4 but yours was not between them.
Anything else I should to make it work?

command bar no longer displayed after PCF activation on grid

When i use the ColorfulOptionsetGrid the command bar of my subgrid is no longer display

Dashboard Grids loose Label / View Selector

First of all, let me say this is a really useful tool. I like that it works on views and subgrids alike. I recently have also tried it out on Dashboards and while the icon/color features work, it does seem to turn off some of the other default view features. Specifically, the Label and View Selection stuff in the header.

Not able to import solution

I rarely use PCFs so this could be very easily be user error, but whenever I down a zip of the repository and attempt to import it as a solution into my environment I get the following error:
The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.

Add record option is not showing and Grid is not rendering in reference panel

Hi @brasov2de,

First of all this feature looks awesome on grid and thanks for posting such a nice solution :)

I can see in last issue discussion you mentioned this will not support all grid features such as sorting etc. I got similar issue like:

1. Add record button is not visible after applying this control.
2. We are using grid inside reference panel and switching between panels then grid is getting disappeared.

I like to know if is this a known issue? Do we have any workaround for this?

Ability to set color for null values

Thanks for your really useful control!
I cannot see an option to set the color for null values. It defaults to dark grey but where can it be changed?
