How to use this tool

When you first open the page, you will be greeted by a black ball on a white background moving at 60 BPM. If you would like to change the colorscheme, or the speed, simply scroll down a bit, choose your new color, or speed and press enter. Note, in order to change the background to a complete black, you will have to first select any other color, and then you will be able to select black.

Once you have chosen your preferred settings, you may then scroll back up so that there are no distractions on the screen. If you would like to eliminate all distractions, make sure to switch to fullscreen mode in your browser, and be sure to move your cursor out of the way.

This tool can be used in person, or via tele-conferencing software ie. Zoom through the shared screen functionality that many of those programs have.
