the call to create instance needs to be 2 new functions, one that is used for default subnetID and one used when specifying a non-default subnetId

-pass security group name 'openshift-dev-deployer'
-do no send subnetID parameter

another that is for non-default vpc
-take security group ID (not name)from command line options
-send security group ID (not name) parameter
-send subnetId parameter
