implement css components

Said "css components" should:

• be brought into the project as any node module via npm
• be imported into any JavaScript context (file or block), as any npm module
• be imported into any CSS context (file or block), as any nam module
• contribute to bringing the css repository representation down multiple notches (i.e.: github reports this repo as a "css" repo, due to the size of the css files compared to everything else contained in the repo)

Are css modules a solution for this? Maybe. I haven't done enough research and practice yet. However, it may be the case that I can already do this, and there's no need for another layer of abstraction.

Post build step to remove bundle if applicable

Via #1:

In the future, use some kind of post-build step to remove the unnecessary js bundle in the static index.html output.

Port existing site to this new context

Pivot to DIY markdown in vue
