Hi, I ran into an issue with seraph-resource which seemed related to disposable-seraph not downloading...

This is not the case.

There's a small window in which neo4j's API responds 404 after startup. Can't be more than a second.

If running a test neo4j while your dev instance is running, even though you have different ports set, your https port could match and Neo4j will fail to start a new instance.

In your neo4/conf/neo4j-server.properties, check that your ports are different..

org.neo4j.server.webserver.https.port

disposable-seraph will only change the http port. I know it's dependent on neo4-supervisor npm (and left an issue there) but if support for https port is added, it might be good to bring this option into disposable-seraph npm.
