Intro is good. But it tells nothing about the approach implementation:

senapi is a simple automated script, that collects and parse the PSI info, and adjusts the memory.high:

• how PSI is measured?
• how the adjust is calculated?
• what if it will set very low max limit? especially considering your DB example when the WSS may depend on the incoming queries pattern that may change
