How to reproduce:

• go to http://io.blackdevelop.com/ckawesome/;
• insert an icon at the very beginning;
• place the cursor after of before the icon;
• press backspace or delete buttons.

  One must say though, that when an icon is placed at the middle of the text, then it's ok.

I added this to my config:

config.removePlugins = 'ckawesome';

The button is removed from the UI, but I still see select2 and the ckawesome CSS loading.

ckawesome.css has style:

select2-drop, .select2-dropdown, .select2-container{ z-index: 100000 !important; }

Would it be possible to NOT hardcode the z-index there? Instead set the z-index based on it's parent's z-index via javascript?

My page uses a more recent version of select2, and I can't get CKAwesome to work with the new version. Could you update to select2 3.5.2?

Is it possible to move loading of Select2 to the dialog, not the plugin itself?
In my case users need this plugin quite rarely, so for the most cases downloading of about 100 Kilos of unused CSS and JS code is redundant.
I don't know if it's possible here, but I've found an example of loading extra scripts inside "dialog.js" for example here: https://github.com/ranelpadon/ckeditor-leaflet/blob/master/dialogs/leaflet.js (lines 53-60)
