Goal

• Use stow to manage symlinks
• a better zsh file managing ( rc files, .zsh* files, ...etc)
• ctf-tools and install script restructuring.
  • Move set_arm_env.sh to CTF repo
• debugger settings
• dotfiles for no sudo ( in case we can't install anything )
