Multiple parameters of same type overwrite key

First of all, thanks for the useful repo and test page.

In other -> advanced view, multiple parameters of same type overwrite each other, because params (index.js line 49) is handled as a dictionary instead of array of tuples.

I'll create a PR if I find the time to fix it. However JS is not my main language and it might be faster to fix for you without impacting your code style.
