Banner does not display on iPhone 6 Plus about bryxbanner

I also can't get this to happen consistently. It's happening about 50% of the time, and I'm not sure what the source of the issue is yet.

This is actually happening on iOS9 on ALL screen sizes, however it only happens the first time the application runs after install.

To reproduce, I have to remove the application from my device and reinstall it.

Try latest master -- I cleaned up the constraint code and made some stuff more explicit.

I figured out the source of the problem. I'm using Branch.io. Their SDK adds another window that uses a new SFSafariViewController to set up universal links. This only occurs on the first launch of the application.

Banner.topWindow() is retrieving this window, instead of the key window.

I'm not sure how to fix this yet though.

PR #21 fixes the issue. I just added another check for the frame of the window in addition checking the windowLevel and hidden.
