Hi there, I'm Byron. I'm a Senior Software Engineer based out of Denver, CO. I'm a big fan of synthesizers, cats, and the occasional code project when I have time. Lately I have been working on producing music and learning how to code audio plugins, more to come on both of those soon.

I currently work remotely for Xpress Technologies based out of Chattanooga, TN building out their next generation ML product for connecting frieght with drivers. I'm very exited to share the rest of that

website down

www.scalakoans.org seems to be down. Not sure if it matter but opening issue for awareness

"Accessing a map by key results in an exception if key is not found" koan doesn't check anything

It is always successful. Maybe change the check to something like this?:

    intercept[NoSuchElementException] {
      myMap("MI")
    }.getMessage should be(__)

How to Handle Scala 3?

scalakoans.org No Longer Resolves

This issue is to track the possible interest in significantly overhauling this test suite to something new since the old versions of scala koans are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
