We need a screen where users can add data to the map. This should be able to take a few different means of entry. There should be a file and url option at least.

I think the map should only concern itself with displaying geoJSON, so this should either require that users specify geoJSON or provide something that can convert information into geoJSON. For a first iteration, it should require geoJSON.

An open question is what sort of customization options for the features should we provide?

We need a spot to manage the settings for the map. These would be things like the access token, the base map, the starting center and zoom. Look through the options here and see what else might be useful: https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/api#map

This should be the first page that users access when they open the application so they can set the map up initially.

Some options for better usability: Set up the router to route to this page initially if there is no access token, and prevent navigating to a map view without the access token set. Alternatively, display an error on the map view to point users to the setting page to set up the access token.
