Introduction
============
BlastHtmlEmbed Parser is a module for the web interface called Query Sequence Visualizer and allows you to parse blast reports for later viewing using a web browser

Requiriments
============

 - Mono Runtime 1.9.1 and Mono C# Compilers(for.NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0)
 * Optionally you can use the Microsoft.NET C# Compilers  

This program runs on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X , iPhone and Android.

No Makefile included, sorry.

Instructions
============

to compile follow this steps:

a) compile BlastHtmlEmbedParser.cs as executable  : 
   $gmcs BlastHtmlEmbedParser.cs -out:BlastHtmlEmbedParser
   
to run:

a) mono BlastHtmlEmbedParser blast_report.html

Notes: 
 - BlastHtmlEmbedParser is not finished 
 - you can use a relative or absolute paths to the parameter.

Futures:
 - Makefile or autotools in next versions.
