Need a file or perhaps a sub-module to hold the features and associated loading / weighting services. I know, this is vague.

Right now, this is a macro I've been cutting and pasting into the internal editor. Let's make it a module to support better code abstraction.

Create a class to hold the AI-based combats we'll be running. The thinnest version is to have at least one field that is a Foundry "combat" object.

A "Feature" is a characteristic of a PC that Lightning can perceive.

What fields do we need for each Feature? Let's get it into JSON. Some of this has been started in the README.

Filters features that Lightning has available to him for consideration, ignore the others.

How do we decide what Lightning can do? How do we figure out all of his actions in combat? Can he flee? Can he pick pockets? Can he sing a jaunty tune? Let's use this ticket to put some thought into it.

We'll need an Agent class to hold the combatants along with their AI properties. Not sure what it needs now, but putting this here for reference.
