CSA can see agent information in chat history module

AS A CSA
I WANT TO see the Agent's Name in chat history module
SO THAT i know who handled certain conversations.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When CSA takes over unanswered chat, CSA's name will show up under "nõustaja nimi" in history module.
  • As long as CSA has not taken over (clicked "Võta üle") unanswered chat, it will show Bürokratt under "nõustaja nimi" in history module.

Bug explanation
There is a problem in the chat history module, where sometimes it doesn't show "nõustaja nimi".
"Nõustaja nimi" will dissapear when Bürokratt reassigns it after End User asks for customer support and End User closes the chat widget.
