Thank you for this, I was looking very hard for this. I'm implementing Certificate Pinning in my Android App and I needed a similar public key pinning method, this fits excellent.

I'd like to point something out though, the commented out pinning method can be used for devices below iOS 10, but there's an implementation issue. Your sha256 methods appends the rsa2048Asn1Header which isn't needed in the full certificate compare. I'd take the rsa2048Asn1Header logic out from the sha256 method.
