Sorting skips orphaned nodes when objects are added individually, or results in errorneous circular reference detection

The library gets too eager unpacking tables into individual nodes, individual table nodes are occasionally perceived to be node lists. This has several adverse side effects:

  • Arrays of scalar values may lead to circular errorneous reference detection
  • Objects added one by one may be ignored entirely if they contain no integer indices

I suggest approaching this issue by splitting :add into :addSingleNodes and :addNodeList, while keeping the original method for backwards compatibility
