capitals's Issues

App Blocked by Google

This app cannot be added to Google Docs for the following reason when attempting to download the add-on:

This app is blocked. This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

I am not a programmer, just your run-of-the-mill end-user, and hope somebody can rectify this issue. It is a damn good app for everyone to have and I would hate to see it go to waste.

Fix unknown characters on Windows

Some of the small caps glyphs, such as "s", may be missing from the default fonts (as seems to be the case on Windows). Either switch to alternative glyphs in these cases, or provide an alternate rendering method.

Some small caps have serifs

I have noticed that the f and the s in all my words are small capped with serifs. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this. I can use the small s for certain words, but can't do the same with the f.

A question really, not an issue

No way to "send message to repository owner" (afaik) so ...

I'm trying to do an add-on that looks much like yours, but works with punctuation correction, not capitalization. In other words, I need the same structure, but different guts. Your add-on seems very clean and smooth, so I thought I'd start here, I hope that's OK. (If you're interested I'd be happy even to add it in to yours, but it seems different enough to seem odd to do so.)

One thing I can't find documented is how you go from a source repository to an installed add-on for development. Do I upload each file separately, and then reupload (via paste) when I change a file? Is there a smoother way to do this? Advice would be welcome.

Sign in with Google disabled

When trying to install add on, Google says that Sign in with Google is temporarily disabled. This prevents installation.

Add support for Google Presentations

First off, thanks so much for this tool! :)

Seems that the add-on is missing from the Google Slides add-on directory. Is this something that's possible to easily support, or out of scope?
