Congratulations on Powsim, it looks like a useful package and I am keen to give it a go.

I was just wondering if you have any plans to submit it to Bioconductor? The process is pretty straight forward and it would make your package a lot more accessible.

I am trying to install the powsim package, as I am running an another package that is dependent on the older version of powsim, not powsimR. However, I am running into issues with installing NBGOF. I noticed that in the newer version of powsimR, does not use this package anymore. Was there any issues with the package, perhaps with installation by any chance?

Welcome on (github-) board! Its great to finally see powsim online!
I also had the dyn.load error, but had to reinstall dplyr, reshape and tidyr.

One minor typo crossed my way when replicating the vignette. I had to change

plotNBParam(TwoiLif.params)

on page 5 to

plotNBParam(TwoiLIF.params)
