EventExecutor priority

Convert event annotation names to be patterns instead of strings

This would solve #42.

Switch Unicode emoji to emoji codes

Currently:

Should be:

  ":spaceship": "rocket",
  ":mappa": ".sarcasm"
}

Note the use of the . prefix for custom emojis. (For example, although :sarcasm: isn't an emoji, we can convert between :mappa and Kappa by using .sarcasm for both.)

Switch to component-based packets

Support wildcards mid-way

I only have *, can't do things like service:channel:*
