Referring ancestors limited to 2

builder::isOrphaned needs to add logic for finding all ancestors here (inc infinite loop detection)

(a CSS background image can have a CSS file and then an HTML file, both ancestors,
and in fact all files can have infinite ancestors because of html imports)

Problem with ".." in crawled asset paths

In some/deep/file.html:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="../../bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css">

the problem is AR outputs it as this:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css">

this is still the case no matter how many ../ levels are prefixed in front of it. it also doesn't help to just make it root-relative ("/bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css"). it always gets rewritten as if the requesting file is at the project root.

think this is a problem with Job::finalised.
