Create float button to add new moviments

Create a float button at the main view to add new moviments

Register format validation

Show as checked the clicked option on gender option at register view.

The radio button component does not show as checked when the user clicks on it.

Rules:

If expense is selected on movement type spinner the following fields must appear:

• Movement Category Spinner
• Installment Switch

If expense is selected on movement type spinner AND installment Switch is set to true the following fields must appear:
