When a target has more than one instance of a particular ParameterizedTestCase subclass and tests are run for the entire target the test run crashes with the precondition expectation Params not set.

This doesn't happen if the test classes are run individually.

Reproduction steps:

1. Create a subclass of ParameterizedTestCase2
2. Create another subclass of ParameterizedTestCase2
3. Run all tests

Expected behaviour:
Tests should run without throwing an exception.

Notes:
There seems to be an issue where the XCTest instance that is created and the associated values are stored on is not the same instance that is being called back by the test invocation. This doesn't happen using two different test subclasses for example ParameterizedTestCase2 and ParameterizedTestCase3. It appears that the base class is being used as a common instance in some way.
