when you start editing a beat and then open a card, the input from the beat editor is above the card dialog

Presentation of slides goes in order of the beat ids, not the beat positions

If there is a line with only 1 card, presenting (and creating the presentation) doesn't work

In SlideCreateView (and PresentSlideView) this line in initCurrentBeatId won't work:

highestBeatId: sorted.pop().beat_id

because earlier you

sorted.shift()

so if it only has 1 card originally, there are no more cards to be able to pop()
