Great Blog!

Hi Aaron,

I checked out your blog when you first posted the link on Google+, and it was one of my faves. I hardly feel qualified to critique your work (as I'm a complete rookie)!

First off, your code looked very clean, and I could certainly take a few lessons from you. You obviously used semantic HTML tags in your code, which is something I need to begin doing moving forward (instead of so many

s). In looking over your HTML file I thought it was easy to see your overall thought process and understand your layout with the semantic tags. Your CSS was equally clean, with proper formatting and indentations.

From a visual standpoint, I have to admit that I looked through your code a bit to see how you pulled off a few things. I'm digging that translucent header!!! Is it really as simple as adjusting the "opacity" property? Your color scheme was also calm, simple, and modern, which kept my attention on your content. Overall, I thought it looked quite professional.

And to address the most important topic of all....I completely agree in choosing Start TREK over Star WARS ;) What's your favorite ST movie? I think First Contact still takes the cake for me, but I also liked Nemesis and the two newest films with the younger cast.

Anywho - fantastic job man, and I'd like to work with you more moving forward!
