Symptoms of the issue if it helps:
- Updates to the contents of index.md file, whether it is an update to the text in there or an update to the navigation table do not refresh live on the docs page.
- More often than not, redeployment or clearing the cache on the server side works. A couple of times, clearing the cache did not work and redeployment did.
- Content updates to existing pages work fine.
This means every time we add a page or make navigational changes or make a content update to the home page, we need to request the web team to redeploy the website.
This has more recently happened to Anbox Cloud, Snapcraft and Ceph. This has also happened earlier with the Server docs.

I've noticed this today as well. https://ubuntu.com/security/certifications feeds from https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/fips-for-ubuntu/22814 - I updated the navigation and path details but the ubuntu.com site cached the old details until a site redeployment refreshed the cache. Content from discourse was successfully updated in the meantime, just not the navigation.

This is quite disruptive. Has the issue been identified?

Noticed this for https://juju.is/docs yesterday and today as well. Seems like something that should be fixed asap.
