microstack.run was actually on the bad version of the module, so you would have been being effected by that index cache problem.
Separately from that, all pages have caching rules that hard-cache pages for 1 minute. After giving it a minute, I don't see a problem with over-caching of docs content once I upgrade to the new version.
The upgrade PR is here: canonical/microstack.run#233. I hope this fixes your issue.
