In order to speed up migration, we skipped fixing all links. This needs to be done asap.

The current page for bugs triage (triage-bugs.rst) contains a link to our old docs: https://dev.launchpad.net/BugTriage/Background

This page should be reviewed and the relevant bits should b migrated to the new docs (possibly within the same triage-bugs.rst page, as the topic is quite similar).
