config is null? [quilt]

in the config, all it says is "null", and when I hit a player with an egg or snowball, the server crashes due to ticking entity. This is fixed by neruina, but it crashes without.

When I attempt to configure the knockback, it says an internal server error has occured and I cant change anything in-game.

I tried deleting it and regenerating the config but it still was null
