Something broke it.

Link to specific parts of the site from the homepage ("microbiome research", "software development", "bioinformatics education").

Add images/logos for QIIME, scikit-bio, Keemei, etc. on the projects page.

@johnchase can you take care of this?

Under Caporaso Lab we should have the following:

Pathogen and Microbiome Institute, Northern Arizona University

@ebolyen, could you put this on your to-do list? I'm thinking "Current Lab Members" would be on top, and "Former Lab Members" below.

This link (http://caporasolab.us/califf-et-al-final.pdf) has been referenced in many places but now gives 404. It should point to this paper, which should probably be included in the repo so the link doesn't get lost again (or maybe we can add a "pdfs" directory where we can store public PDFs in the future)?

Is it time, or should this update wait until the Bokulich lab has a web site we can link?

The lab replaced office hours with direction to visit the forum during COVID-19 remote work. Formal/structured office hours are useful for community and lab members, and this section should probably be rolled back once we're back on site.

We're loading our fonts from an http source which means the https version of the website cannot load the desired font. To reproduce

1. Go to this link https://caporasolab.us
2. Witness the incorrect font.
3. Open up the cosole.
4. Witness the error.

Is the fix as simple as just make the font url https? That seems to work.

A good example of how to do this can be found in this PR: #38

The Jekyll build is currently broken so updates aren't being pushed to the live site. @Kleptobismol is working on a fix in #3.

Need to update the lab website to show Jorden as current!
