caramel's Issues

Tabs and Modals

Greetings,
I love the look and feel and how small the framework is! Congratulations. Do you have any plans to add tabs and modals?
Cheers,
Everardo

Right-aligned Navbar

When using class="right" inside a navbar, they disappear below the navar (and show on mouseover) when the window/screen is small enough (like on a phone). If you resize the window bigger, the stay hidden.

Default color palette fails WCAG 2 contrast guidelines

FWICT using https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/wcag-contrast-checker/ , it seems that several of Caramel's default background colors for its widgets don't have a sufficient contrast ratio against their white inner text, thus making them fail WCAG 2's level AA accessibility guidelines regarding sufficient color contrast for text.
Would you consider adjusting the color palette to address this, or else at least mentioning this caveat in the docs?

Progress Bar invisible margin

The progress bars, when inline with each other seem to have an invisible seperator. I've done everything I can to try to eliminate it, but i've had no luck. Maybe you'll have better luck? @whoiskenjackson

<button>s and <a>-buttons are different sizes

Admittedly, there are no examples of <button>s in the docs (a minor oversight perhaps?), but it seems like a proper framework ought to support them, and the btn class does work on them, except that they're smaller than the other btns.

For example, in:

<a class="btn success">Anchor</a>
<button class="btn success">Button</button>
<input type="submit" class="btn success" value="Input">

the <button> is noticeably shorter than the <a> and the <input>.

Environment: Chrome 41 on OS X Yosemite

Browser support?

Which browsers and versions thereof does Caramel aim to support? The docs don't currently seem to state this anywhere.

panel-head

panel-head doesn't work, but head does. Same with panel-body

Nav Bar keeps clicked items open on collapse

In a nav bar, if you click a dropdown then collapse the window, or click a dropdown in a collapsed window, the dropdown will still be visible outside the collapsed nav bar. Below is an example from the website

Feature Request: Modals

Maybe under the name .dialog

  • When triggered, the background will be faded or have an opaque layer added to it, making the dialog upfront.
  • (x) button to close in the top right, 2 buttons at the bottom [Close, OK].
  • Clicking anywhere outside the dialog container will close the dialog.

logo.xml

Should be logo.svg .

It is an svg file, valid xml yes, butnot the correct extensions. icon.svg is already svg.
