Frequency band Frequency Brain states
Beta (β) 12–35 Hz CONCIOUS - Fully awake, alert, ordinary reality, functional in the 3rd dimension and middle world
Alpha (α) 8–12 Hz SUBCONCIOUS - Deeply relaxed, light hypnosis, meditation, biofeedback, daydreaming, just before & after sleep, mystical states
Theta (θ) 4–8 Hz SUPERCONCIOUS - Drowsy, tranquil, unconcious, light sleep, shamanic journeying, access to the 5th dimension and non-ordinary reality, the upper and lower worlds
Delta (δ) 0.5–4 Hz DREAM STATE - Deeply unconcious, sleep, astral traveling, dreaming, visiting other dimenstions
