Create profile endpoint

The endpoint should be like:

/user/{user_id}/create with the body information of a profile that should have:

• Nickname -> PK (it should be unique)
• Type of user can be either petsitter or pet_owner
• Name (pet owner name and petsitter name)
• Pet Name (null if you are a petsitter)
• Pet type (if you are a petsitter here you can save the preference and if you are a pet owner you save the pet type)
• Availability (only for petsitters)
• Time needed (only for pet owners)
• Picture
