Installing

Check: https://github.com/Cat-Lady/animated-stars-nova/releases

...for latest, pre-packaged version.

1. Unpack animated-stars-nova to your ES plugins folder. Be sure that you have single animated-stars-nova directory inside your plugins folder, containing data and images folder. Directory structure should look like:

(...)/plugins/animated-stars-nova/(.../data/, /images/ and other stuff)

It won't work if the directory structure will be anything like:

(...)/plugins/animated-stars-nova/animated-stars-nova/(...)

animated-stars-nova's Issues

Updating for 0.9.12 and breaking Ossipago

Good day, Cat-Lady.

I just wanted to give you a heads-up that a bunch of systems got added in 0.9.11/0.9.12. More importantly, however, a few systems got changed, and as a result your plug-in is breaking a few things.

Specifically, the system of Ossipago now has a wormhole link to Polerius (a new system). Given that your map file doesn't mention this, your plug-in removes the wormhole from the game and results in the wormhole in Polerius acting as a planet instead of a wormhole.

Other than that, this is a neat plug-in. Thanks for making it!

Bug: Animated Stars breaks Cognizance missions

Greetings. it was just discovered that Animated Stars breaks a recently added string of missions, as they rely on one of the recently-added planets in the Remnant systems.

endless-sky/endless-sky#5262

As Amazinite points out, these planets were added after Animated Stars was created, and due to the nature of the plug-in it has to rewrite systems; which then basically erases the recent changes to the Remnant trio.
