Note: This repository is structured as an R package following the research compendium model. The package (and its dependencies) can be installed directly from github using:

devtools::install_github("cboettig/bs-tipping")

General-purpose functions are found in the R/ directory; code to reproduce the results shown are found in pkgBuild.

game plan

@rBatt apologies I haven't pushed much here, but can flush out the sketch I began on the model approximation probably in next two weeks. Guess it would be good to have a rough timeline going forward to have this in shape by July 1

Failed attempt to get dF/dt?

@cboettig I sent you an email to this effect, but to make the example clearer, see the html report I pushed up here

I put things together as an R package, so you should be able to follow the code (hopefully) without too much trouble.

The equations and description are all in the report, so I'd recommend just viewing that first. It details the problem I'm having pretty clearly.
