Fix Image sizing issue on in the modal overlay

Describe the bug
Images end up too tall for the space. Need to figure out how to make the whole #modalcontent stretch to fit a specific size, and reserve margins around it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://cbteeple.github.io/pressure_controller_docs/hardware
  2. Click on an image
  3. If the screen is large, the image will become huge, sometimes extending down into buttons

Expected behavior
Images should not go into reserved button space
