Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a form with a field of type "select"
2. Prepare a data_object containing a string value for the select, that is not part of the field's vocabulary given in the form template.
3. Fill the form using APP.forms.fill and this data_object

The method will replace the <select> element with a <input type="text"> because it mistakenly assumes, that the field must be of type "open_vocabulary" and that it's OK to change element type.

CMDI Maker should take care of saving environment settings, not the environment itself.

According to docs/poster.pdf your software is open sourced. However, a lot of files do not contain any copyright information. Thus those files probably cannot be legally used in countries having copyright laws. Would it be possible to somewhere document which files are licensed according to which license terms? There are some suggestions how to do this on https://help.github.com/articles/open-source-licensing/
