Upgrade to PSR3

We are using CCV for our drupal 9 but in Drupal 10 we need "psr/log": "^3.0"

Can you please upgrade the dependencies?

Cannot sign up a new CCV account to get the API Key

Hi,

I am integrating your library to my website, but I cannot generate the API Keys, because the document of CCV is not quite clear.

I also try to go to the ccv.edu website but I only see the login page, the signup page seems to be no longer existed.

As a guy who has experiences in CCV Payment, could you show me the way to get the API Keys?

Declare apiGet() and apiPost() protected instead of private

CcvOnlinePaymentsApi doesn't has a full implementation of the API (e.g. Cancel is missing).
I'd like to extend the base CcvOnlinePaymentsApi and add some methods we need, but extending it right now is not useful because the methods apiGet and apiPost are private.

Error with banktransfer method

I tried this lib with banktransfer method and I see that the billingEmail is required for payment request with this banktransfer method, but I see there is no get and set function to add this parameter to payment request. Please check.
