All files should be saved to spatialCellData.Rds, not singleCellData.Rds

Update data metadata to be consistent with feedback from ExperimentHub maintainer.

• Please add some unique identifier to title and description. Currently I would not be able to tell what the difference is between the three files.
• Update the Bioc version to 3.12. This is the version the package will be released under once accepted.
• The RDataPath directory needs to start with the same name as the package. so scCyto should probably be scSpatial? And all three files have the same name. I assume there are three different files that need to be uploaded? The RDataPath should reflect the directory structure you plan to upload to S3. (e.g you would be uploading a folder scSpatial, with a subfolder Damond-Diabetes, with a subfolder 1.0, that has three files.

The Jackson data doesn't contain x and y coordinates. It probably shouldn't be included in this package at the moment.

The current process for creating a template and uploading new data is a bit cumbersome and unrepeatable. It would be good to have some way for non-R programmers to upload a new dataset using a command line tool and an RST file.

The current instructions for uploading new data are a bit vague. They should be updated, once #5 is resolved.

The save directories in the templates don't reflect the name change. Related to #2 and #7. Everything should be updated from scCyto to scSpatial.

They don't currently reflect the original source of the data that is used in the object.

scCyto limits the package to Cytometry-only data
